Well and congratulations for this achievement in my point of view you deserve to make a good medical university. I hope in future you also work hard and maintain the good marks.
Try to look for some long term volunteering, this shows your comittment for studying medicine. The best place would be to try and contact local care homes, this shows the compassionate side...
